This equipment inspects the areas on MCB.’s as mentioned in the picture.MCB.’s are continuously fed on the conveyor and are taken one by one into the the inspection station and inspected.After inspection,there is an automatic segregation,OK parts getting pushed back onto the conveyor,while rejected ones collect on the reject chute

Control:
PLC, Pneumatic controlled and PC based system having Visual Basic application as Front End.
