Description:
Buckles are loaded on locators and and are operated by pneumatic-driven slide units to check their working.Tongs of seat belts are pushed into the buckles under preset load and the insertion load is checked.After this,the tongs are pulled out to confirm locking inside the buckle,again,under preset load.
The cycle is repeated for a preset number of times and results indicated on the HMI.
Control: PLC controlled, Pneumatic control & MMI as front end.
